This option will ensure you have a razor sharp knife edge, but with a secondary bevel on your Scandinavian grind or plain knife edge. This is often preferable as it creates a stronger edge that is less likely to roll over when you hit something hard. Please be aware that we DO NOT do a Scandinavian grind.
