Measure the total blade length of all the knives to be sharpened. Quantity means the total number of inches to be sharpened.
If you have two knives, one with a 3 inch blade and the other with a 8 inch blade, then you enter 11 in the quantity box. 1 inch = 25mm (2.5cm).
