Ordering Process

  1. Select the item you require sharpening and add it to your basket
  2. Select a return postage option
  3. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ or ‘Pay with Paypal’
  4. Enter your details
  5. Hit the ‘Pay Now’ to enter your payment details
  6. Send your items to the address shown.

Please ensure you post items using the address exactly as below:

If your items have some value then consider selecting ‘Special Delivery’ or contact us.

It is worth noting that for safety reasons we recommend sending items in boxes, we try to re-use packaging for environmental purposes.

Posting kitchen knives using Royal Mail is perfectly acceptable and the below is taken directly from their own website:

“Sharp objects like knives, kitchen utensils and gardening tools may only be posted if they are packaged appropriately so that they are no risk to employees, other postal items or recipients.

Wrap heavy cardboard around sharp edges and points, strong enough to ensure that the contents do not pierce the outer packaging. Wrap each item with cushioning material. Place in a suitable outer container such as a padded envelope.

The sender’s name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.”
